Shipping & delivery

In-stock pieces leave the studio within 2–3 business days. Pieces that need resizing or engraving are dispatched within 7 business days; we confirm the date by email.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and carrier. Orders above the free-shipping threshold shown in your bag ship at no cost.

Netherlands: 1–2 business days after dispatch. European Union: 2–5 business days. Rest of world: 5–12 business days, depending on customs.

A tracking number is emailed when the parcel leaves the studio, and appears in your account under Order History.

Orders outside the European Union may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the recipient.
